Jump into a rig and drive into the woods for a week. That's the idea behind this build. The scale accessories add up to more than the truck

One of the few performance upgrades was a high torque servo. With a chassis mount kit from RC4WD, naturally

After adding all that weight even the new servo needed help, and the drive power was definitely to low. A new ESC allowed the use of 3s power and upped the juice to the servo

Now with 3s power, the domino effect ended with the gearing. Changing to a 59t Spur and an 11t pinion gave it the smooth tip-in power I was looking for.
